Effigy Media explores music, recording, production, gear, underground creativity, pop culture, and the occasional strange conversation.Founded in 2015 by Alexander Steele and later joined by Nick Gosseaux in 2021, Effigy Media is comprised of two independent creative studios and a media label built around a lifelong passion for music and underground art. Steele and Gosseaux have each spent more than 25 years as multi-instrumentalists performing in various touring bands, bringing decades of experience in songwriting, recording, production, and live performance into the projects released through the studio.
